Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pog Yatzy ("the App"), developed and distributed by Hans Martin Austestad ("the Licensor"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. License

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control for personal, educational, or otherwise lawful use.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or by the Licensor.
• You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

4. Local Data

The App may save game settings and local progress on your device. You are responsible for backing up any device data you want to keep. Uninstalling the App or clearing app storage may remove saved local data.

5. Third-Party Components

The App may rely on platform services and open-source libraries supplied under their own licenses. Those components are governed by their respective terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your right to use the App may end automatically if you breach these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
