This Privacy Policy describes how Svev & Sviv Lite and CloudSpinner ("the Apps"), developed by Hans Martin Austestad ("we", "us", or "our"), handle user information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

We do not collect any data. Svev & Sviv Lite is designed to work entirely offline and does not:

CloudSpinner

We do not collect personal data. CloudSpinner is a cloud-based music player that connects to your chosen cloud storage provider to stream and download your own audio files. CloudSpinner itself does not:

Collect or store personal information on our servers
Track your location
Access contacts, photos, or unrelated device data
Use advertising identifiers, cookies, or tracking technologies
Sell or share user data with third parties
Require a CloudSpinner account

How the Apps Work

Svev & Sviv Lite

Svev & Sviv Lite is a flexible metronome and microtonal music instrument app that generates sound locally on your device. The microphone registers pitch data for local use; none of this data is stored or transmitted. All audio processing happens on-device, and no information about your usage is collected or transmitted.

CloudSpinner

CloudSpinner allows you to stream and download audio files from your own cloud storage accounts, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. Authentication and file access are handled directly between you and the selected provider.

CloudSpinner does not store cloud credentials on external servers. Playback, playlist management, downloads, and audio processing occur locally on the device. CloudSpinner does not use analytics or tracking to monitor listening behavior.

Third-Party Services

Svev & Sviv Lite

Svev & Sviv Lite does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates completely independently without any external connections.

CloudSpinner

CloudSpinner integrates with third-party cloud storage services (such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive) solely to access media files owned by the user. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

CloudSpinner does not integrate with third-party advertising or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Since Svev & Sviv Lite does not collect data and CloudSpinner does not collect personal data, both apps are suitable for users of all ages. Access to third-party cloud services in CloudSpinner is governed by the policies of the respective providers.
