1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudSpinner ("the App"), developed and distributed by Hans Martin Austestad / Luren Studio ("the Licensor"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

CloudSpinner is available for iOS, macOS, and Android, and these terms apply across all supported platforms.

2. Scope of License

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

This license grants you the right to:

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control
• Make backup copies of the App for archival purposes
• Use the App to access and play your own media files

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App beyond what is permitted
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Use the App to access or distribute copyrighted content without authorization

4. Third-Party Services

CloudSpinner connects to third-party cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any cloud storage provider you connect to through the App.

The Licensor does not guarantee continued availability of any specific third-party service integration and reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue integrations at any time.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the audio files and other content you access through CloudSpinner. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to access and play any content through the App.

6. Ownership

The App and all related documentation, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App, only a limited right of use as described in these terms.

7. Updates and Support

The Licensor may from time to time offer updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App. Such updates are subject to these terms unless otherwise specified. Updates may modify or remove certain features or integrations.

Technical support is offered at the Licensor's sole discretion and may be subject to separate terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Licensor does not warrant that the App will function error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.

The Licensor's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your right to use the App will terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any of the terms of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Subscriptions and Payments

CloudSpinner offers an optional annual subscription that provides full access to all app features.

Pricing and Billing: The subscription price is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and is billed annually through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CloudSpinner
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CloudSpinner

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

Free Trial: CloudSpinner may offer a free trial period for new users. Trial periods are subject to change and may not be available in all regions.

12. Privacy

CloudSpinner does not collect personal data. The App connects to third-party cloud storage services to access your own media files. Authentication is handled directly between you and your chosen cloud provider.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be sought resolved amicably, and if this is not successful, the dispute shall be decided by Norwegian courts with Bergen District Court as the legal venue.

14. Changes to Terms

The Licensor reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the website or through the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
